Welcome to my blog! I'm the oldest existing residence in the Pauatahanui district and possibly in the whole Wellington district!
Currently I'm in a near derelict state, but my new owners are going to be restoring me to my former glory. It's going to be a long, hard, expensive journey, and this is going to be my blog to detail that transformation!

Here's some photos of my current state, it's not pretty and I'm also full of borer and have rats running around me! I'm confident that my new owners are going to change all that.
